By downloading or using Uchi no Ko no Nisshi, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. App Description
The App helps you record your pet’s daily care (meals, water, toilet, medicine, weight, energy, notes, photos, etc.) and review health history and memories. It does not replace veterinary care or diagnosis.
3. Pricing
- Free: core features with limits (such as number of pets)
- Premium: one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited pets, CSV/PDF export, expanded photo capacity, and related features
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Prices follow the store listing. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.
4. Your Data
- Records are stored on your device by default
- We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, loss, deletion, or device transfer
- Please back up important records yourself (e.g. CSV/PDF export or saving photos to the camera roll)
5. Medical Disclaimer
Information in the App is for personal record-keeping only. Always consult a veterinarian for health decisions, diagnosis, treatment, or medication. We are not liable for outcomes based on App records.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal or unethical use
- Reverse engineering, modification, or unauthorized copying
- Manipulating purchases or billing
- Infringement of third-party rights
7. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or continued availability. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
8. Changes & Termination
We may change or discontinue the App, features, or pricing without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the operator is located.
